After you apply you will be invited to a screening interview where I will check you are a good fit for the program. If successful you transfer your integrity deposit and secure your space.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Just honesty and willingness.
Is this therapy?
No. This is structured accountability work.

You’re allowed one miss with an Integrity Reset.
What is an integrity reset?
An Integrity Reset restores the promise you made to yourself and the group. You choose between an Integrity Contribution from your deposit, or an act of service.
Is the deposit really refunded?
Yes — if you attend all 10 weeks with integrity.
I can't afford the £1000 deposit - can I still participate?
Yes - there are reduced-rate concession spaces available at a lower deposit. So long as you deposit an amount that motivates you, it will work.
